Antiques Roadshow
Omaha, NE (Part 1)
"Antiques Roadshow" rolls into Omaha, Nebraska, where host Lara Spencer and expert Noel Barrett revisit the history of the heartland with a collector of antique steam-powered tractors. At the Qwest Center Omaha, ROADSHOW appraisers harvest a bumper crop of artifacts, including an impeccably preserved paper and celluloid toy marionette theater from pre-World War II Japan; an honest-to-goodness Wild West- era elk antler trophy chair; and a fascinating collection of letters and drawings chronicling the contentious relationship between the owner's feisty great-grandmother and the architect hired to remodel her house – Frank Lloyd Wright – estimated to be worth $100,000 to $125,000.
