I have seen this show twice and it has inspired me to try making Pailla. My wife has been gon both times I have seen the show and she would love it as I do. I have to find a way for her to see the show. Since I live in Westminster, Colorado I will be visiting your restaurant becauss the love and care you put into your food would make the dining experiance one to remember. Great web site for your restourant!
