Keep the Layers Coming
Today Lidia shares her Bolognese Antica (which is made with milk) and serves it over fresh spinach tagliatelle. She then demonstrates her favorite besciamelle sauce and begins assembling a delicious pasticciata or spinach pasta lasagna. This ribbon pasta is enjoyed with her son Joseph who joins Lidia at the end of the show for some great wine suggestions. Lidia also shows a last-minute version of the lasagna for those days when you get home to a hungry family after a long day at work.
