This week's very special "Colorado State of Mind" takes on two hot immigration issues. Legislators weigh in on the bipartisan proposal to open an office in Mexico to recruit seasonal workers, plus the recent ruling to allow children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants to receive in-state tuition in Colorado. Guests include Representative Steve King (R-Grand Junction), Representative Rob Witwer (R-Jefferson County) and Senator Abel Tapia (D-Pueblo).
