Should cab drivers be allowed to refuse a fare on the basis of religious conviction, even when it violates a state law? Some cab drivers in Denver recently balked at picking up people with guide dogs because of their religious or cultural beliefs are that dogs are unclean. Also on the show, are fireworks bans necessary? Some say fireworks are too dangerous, while others say Fourth of July fireworks are all about freedom of choice.
