Cooking With Mustard
Mustard is an easy way to add a great boost of flavor to any dish, especially with the tremendous varieties available in markets today. Today's recipes feature succulent sea bass topped with a panko bread crumb and mustard topping, followed by tender veal medallions doused with a rich mustard and shiitake mushroom sauce.
