The "Teletubbies" Everywhere segment features the number 4 with Noo Noo,Po draws an oval and Dipsy sees the colors black and white. The film shows a Colombian boy and girl help their father milk a cow. A black cloud and a white cloud appear in Teletubbyland. The animals march through Teletubbyland and the "Teletubbies" dance a rocking dance.
