A Bone of Contention
In this episode of "Wishbone", both Joe and poet Henry Longfellow's Captain Miles Standish learn that it is better to serve one's self than to depend on another to carry out an important task. With their hearts both broken by unrequited love, Joe and Miles end their relationships with their best friends, David and John Alden, whom they think intentionally stole their true loves away from them. Yet, they finally realize that their anger is unfounded and reinstate their friendships.
