2008 Winners AnnouncedThe 14th Annual Young Writes and Illustrators Contest is open to children kindergarten through third grade.
The stories were judged locally and each entrant will receive a Reading Rainbow Certificate of Achievement signed by LeVar Burton, the host of Reading Rainbow.
