Who is Cars Helping Charities? The mission of Cars Helping Charities, Inc. is to raise support for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations throughout the United States primarily through the solicitation of donated vehicles. Cars Helping Charities was founded by Steven Morrow in November of 2002, initially just serving the state of Colorado. Recently, Cars Helping Charities has expanded the car donation opportunity to any and all charities and non-profit organizations operating anywhere in the United States (except Wyoming). Cars Helping Charities is thrilled with the success they have experienced. They are pleased to have impacted over 800 non-profit organizations.
What can I donate?
We accept ANY car in any condition! We accept ALL cars, trucks, vans, fleet vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, trailers, and RV's. We'll push, pull or drag it in ... we don't care! The non-profit organization that you have selected will benefit, regardless of the condition.

Cars Helping Charities, Inc. schedules the tow at your convenience, with a receipt mailed to you within a week to verify pickup of your vehicle and indicating your selected non-profit (Rocky Mountain PBS). Same day towing is available if needed or next day towing, within 24 hours. Just call us and we'll do the rest!
When do I receive my tax receipt, and what is my deductible amount?
Cars Helping Charities, Inc. provides you with a tax deduction receipt no later than 30 days after the sale of the vehicle. The receipt will indicate the gross proceeds value from the sale, verifying the exact amount you need to substantiate your tax deduction.
