KTSC – Pueblo/Colorado Springs
 KTSC broadcast tower |
In February 1971 southeastern Colorado gained a new asset which would develop into a valuable broadcast center for education, community information and quality television programming.
KTSC-TV signed on the air February 3, 1971. Brought into being through the combined efforts of the University and organizations and individuals in the surrounding area.
KTSC-TV was designed to serve not only the broadcast activity, but also on-campus instructional support for training students in Mass Communications, with classes and hands on television experience.
