Program Submissions
Rocky Mountain PBS welcomes submissions of complete content from local producers. For your production to be considered on Rocky Mountain PBS, send a letter of request to:

Notes:
Programs must be submitted on VHS or DVD for preview purposes.- The preview process may take as long as two months.
- Producers of local programs must be prepared to have the completed program closed-captioned for air use.
- Our on-air format is digi-beta.
- Length of program should be 26:40, 56:40, or 86:40.
- You may include a video offer at the end of the program. The offer should not exceed 30 seconds. It may contain a website, address or phone number, and the verbiage must follow PBS guidelines. For example, the producer may say, "to purchase a copy of this program, please call (or visit)..."
- Rocky Mountain PBS follows the principles of PBS national underwriting. For example, underwriting spots may not include calls to action or qualitative comparisons. Underwriters may not control content.

If your production is accepted by Rocky Mountain PBS for local broadcast, you must provide:
- A technically acceptable, closed-captioned, digi-beta copy of the program master tape.
- Proof of music and visual cue sheets and on-air personnel program releases.
- A program description and appropriate promotion materials, including material appropriate for web use.
- Appropriate footage for on-air promotion to be used two months before airdate.
- A signed agreement for a one-year release of the program with first right of refusal for Rocky Mountain PBS after that time period. (A release is defined as unlimited broadcast within a 7-day time period.)
