- Create item and informational tapes for Auction
- Coordinate donor graphics and text information for live events
- Develop and organize production sheets for Pledge and Auction
- Assist in scheduling talent and act as liaison
- Work with volunteer talent coordinators
- Develop writing and interpersonal communication
- Learn live producing skills
- Learn EFP producing/directing skills
- Train in basic beta editing
- Train as associate producer, in studio and on location
- Produce segments and promos for Pledge and Auction
- Create a résumé demo tape
