Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for the time. My name is Christopher Thigpen, I am contacting you in regards to helping spread the word of the Make it Right Foundation, Pink Project. Locally sponsored by Kristi Dinner and her design firm, company kd. The Make it Right Foundation supports displaced New Orleans natives located in the ninth ward district of New Orleans, which was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. This foundation, with the help of Colorado natives, are building a house titles, The House that Colorado Built. I am contacting with hopes that our fundraiser could have mention on television and on your website. We would appreciate any on-air mention of the local community's project, The House that Colorado Built. We would also appreciate any on-air interview so that we may spread the word throughout Colorado. If interested, I can attach promotional material pdf's and files of donation addresses and literature pertaining to the Make it Right Foundation.
It is our hope that we can provide a new home for the deserving people of the 9th Ward in New Orleans. Along with company kd, we hope the rest of Colorado can support this noble cause and make The House that Colorado Built, a wonderful home. Our target donation goal is $150,000, with $13,000 of the goal already donated.
Please help spread the word, and help us obtain our goal.
